Kainaat Arora is an actress and model of Indian origin who is well known for her stint in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Punjabi language films. She was born on 2 December 1986 to a family of Punjabi descent, Kainaat’s place of birth is known to be the Saharanpur district in Uttar Pradesh, India. Her first brush with the Hindi film industry happened with the film ‘Khatta Meetha’ alongside the renowned Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar. Later, she went on to grace the big screen by acting in other language films such as Mankatha (Tamil), Lailaa O Lailaa (Malayalam), Mogali Puvvu (Telugu), Faraar (Punjabi), and other films.

She went on to pursue her school education at St Mary School, Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh. After completing her school education successfully, she enrolled at the National Institute of Fashion Technology, Delhi to pursue her undergraduate in Merchandising. She developed a keen interest in acting at the age of 6 years. As she was the cousin and sister of the late Bollywood actress Divya Bharati, it played a pivotal role in inspiring her to venture into the field of acting. During her days as an undergraduate, Kainaat started taking up modeling assignments too, which proved to be the preliminary steps toward her dream of emerging as an actor. Her first meeting with the Bollywood director Priyadarshan in Mumbai pushed her close to the film industry.

In 2010, she was first seen on the big screen for a cameo role in Akshay Kumar’s starrer, Khatta Meetha. However, she got her first big break from the comedy movie ‘Grand Masti’ (2013), in which she essayed the role of ‘Marlow’. After exhibiting a splendid performance in the Hindi film industry, she knocked on the South Indian film industry doors, where she drew recognition with ‘Mankatha’, her Tamil debut. Then she went on to star in other language films too, such as Lailaa O Lailaa (Malayalam), Mogali Puvvu (Telugu), Faraar (Punjabi), Jagga Jiunda E (Punjabi), and several other blockbuster films.
