Flora Saini, also known as Asha Saini, is a versatile Indian actress and model who has made a significant impact on Bollywood, as well as the Kannada, Tamil, and Telugu film industries. With over 50 films to her credit, she has shared the screen with esteemed actors like Rajinikanth, Balakrishna, Siddhant, Sudeep, Shivarajkumar, Vijaykanth, Prabhu, Karthik, Jagapati Babu, and Rajasekhar.

Born in Chandigarh to an army officer, Flora's early schooling took place in Udhampur, Jammu and Kashmir. She later continued her education at the Army Public School in Dhaula Kuan, Delhi. Subsequently, her family moved to Kolkata, where she nurtured her dreams of becoming a model and participated in the renowned Miss Kolkata beauty pageant.

Flora's journey into the world of acting began with her debut in the 1999 Telugu film "Prema Kosam." Initially known as Asha Saini, she later changed her screen name to Mayuri following an astrologer's advice. However, she eventually returned to her original name, Flora Saini.

In 2008, Flora faced a challenging situation when she was arrested in Chennai on charges of having forged visa documents. As a consequence, she was banned from the Tamil film industry, though she maintained her innocence. Thankfully, the ban was lifted after a couple of weeks, allowing her to resume her career.

A remarkable achievement in her career came in 2010 when three of her films, "Broker" (Telugu) and two Kannada films, "Vismaya Pramaya" and "Vah Re Vah," were all released on the same day, earning her a coveted place in the Limca Book of Records for the most film releases on a single day. Her dedication to her craft and her efforts outside of acting were also recognized when she was honored with the Uttarakhand Ratna Award in 2010 and The Great Daughter of Soil Award in Mauritius for her anti-poverty work.

Flora Saini has also ventured into the digital space, starring in a web series like "Gandii Baat" and "Mayanagari-City of Dreams," further showcasing her versatility as an actress.

Additionally, she portrayed the character of Muskan in the film "MSG: The Messenger" alongside Gurmeet Ram Rahim in 2015. In 2019, she made her debut in the Bengali web series "Dupur Thakurpo," where she played the iconic role of Phulwa boudi during the series' third season.
